1. Getting Around

At any time you wish to browse our store, you may use the “online store” link on the left hand side menu which takes you to the main shopfront page.

Alternatively, the grey area in the left hand side menu gives you can convenient access to any particular product(s) you are looking for. One option is if you enter a keyword in the search box, where it will take you to a page that lists all the products with that keyword – e.g. Holga. Another option is by using the “categories” tree – where you can view our family of products at a glance. Click on “+” to expand a category – e.g. Holga – 120N.

Please note all prices listed on our online store are in Australian Dollars.

2. The Shopping Cart

You can place items in your shopping cart by clicking “add to cart” within a product page. This will take you to the shopping cart, where you can adjust the quantities, or return to the store by clicking the back button on your broswer.

At any one time you wish to review the items in your shopping cart, click “view cart” on the left hand side menu grey area.

3. Ready to Check Out? Payment information

When you are happy with what’s in your shopping cart, please proceed to “check out”. We use Paypal to handle all transactions – this means your credit card details are not stored with us, putting you less at risk. Paypal is an e-Commerce industry recognised tool for its safety and ease of use in handling online transactions. You do not need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal – Visa and Mastercard are accepted by non-Paypal account holders too.

The address we send the item to will be the address you put in during payment check out with Paypal.

4. Shipping Information

Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates are based on the type of item(s) purchased and the quantity. Shipping fees are calculated at Check out time.

Please note we use standard Australia Post for our shipping (unless specified in a promotion).

We will process your order and dispatch the item within 2 business days of receiving payment. In general it will take approximately 2-3 business days to reach most places within Australia.

Please note, payment via Direct Debit via Paypal can take anywhere from 4-6 business days to clear. We will despatch items once these type of payments clear. Payment via credit card is instant.

If you have any special shipping needs then just contact us as we can most likely arrange something for you on request.

5. Returns Policy / Warranties

We will accept returns/exchanges for all items including film within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in an original conditon with boxes and postmarked within 14 days from receipt. If you wish to return the product to us, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please note returns/exchanges excludes all sale items.

A 3 month warranty for all cameras is provided by us. If the item becomes faulty within this period please contact us and arrange to return the item to us.

We make an effort to ensure that items arrive to you in the condition we send them out by protecting items by posting them in padded postal bags however we can not guarantee they will arrive in pristine condition as poor mishandling of items does occur at times with all postage services.

Having said all this – customer service is our focus! If you have any problems at all make sure to contact us as we will try our best to solve the issue!

  1. Processing times – we usually process orders daily and items are usually shipped out the next day around 10am EST. Contact us if you have any special shipping requirements (e.g. if you need the product quicker) and we can attend to them.
  2. Customer service is our priority – if you run into any problems, or have any special requests we’ll look into it for you! If you contact us usually you’ll hear back from us within the day.
  3. We are Aussie and based in Australia – you don’t need to wait a few weeks just for your product to reach you! Also if you run into any problems with the products (e.g. faulty camera) it’s much easier for you to contact us as we are local, than to someone overseas.
  4. We shoot our own products – we can answer your questions and in the unlikely scenario we don’t know the answer, we’ll actively seek it out for you!
  5. Photography is our passion – we think photography is a journey and we want you to keep up to date, follow, and share the journey with us!
